Bad Timing

I seriously picked the worst time ever to start a blog. As you can see, I've neglected updating it. My life has been so busy lately....probably the busiest it's ever been in such a short amount of time.

First of all, I've had my class that I've been taking towards my Masters Degree. Not one part of me wanted to go back to school, but I know it'll be worth it in the end. Not only will it keep my certification valid, but I'll get paid more for having it. For now, though, it's a pain. After working all day, the last thing I wanna do is go sit through a class for 3 hours. Like I said, though, it'll be worth it later on.

Second of all, wedding planning has kept me busy, also, but at the same time, it's kinda been on the back burner. That's because of the apartment (more on that in a minute). However, since I last updated, we picked up our wedding rings, met with our ceremony musicians manager, I had my hair trial, I bought my shoes, all the bridesmaids and flower girls have gotten their shoes, and Dave and 3 of the groomsmen have been fitted for their tuxes. That's quite a bit of stuff, but we still have so much left to do, and not much time left to do it in.

Third of all (and probably the biggest time-consumer lately) has been the apartment. Dave moved in at the beginning of this month and I'll be moving in after the wedding. I'm there pretty much every day,though, after I get out of work and before he gets home from work. I've been doing the grocery shopping and laundry and such. Also, the people who lived there before us didn't keep it very clean. So we've been washing and disinfecting EVERYTHING (and I mean everything). We've also been painting. It's been taking sooo long. It's so much fun, though. I'm really enjoying having our own place (well, like I said, I don't live there yet, so it's not really "my" place yet, but close enough). I love doing the housewife-type things, too. And I'm not even a housewife yet.

Anyway, that's pretty much the update for now. Just wanted to do the general stuff; it's been way too long to go and write about every little detail. So I'm gonna leave it here for now.
